Oh heck Tikka you’re right in the wars. Hopefully you have a less traumatic December

Our run was good fun I wouldnt say we got lost but I ended off slightly on the wrong side of the burn and we looped round and ended off on a very steep hill… 7m total then we switched watches off and walked the last 0.5m home. Very pleasant. 85.3/100

Just over three miles *walk* at twenty minute/mile pace. And to be fair, injury feels better post walk than pre walk.

The sounds positive OTHT.

5.4 after parkrun volunteering for 94.2 /100 and lashings of toast n coffee for late breakfast. Will get the 100 on tomorrow's run. :-) G

That's frustrating, Pix, but you've still done some excellent mileage. Take some rest time and hopefully it'll feel better soon x

It’s frustrating ness … as I want to do centurion next week I’ll be gentle

May try a short run tomorrow but not the 8-9m I planned

Don’t think the run commute is an idea either so will think about walk there run back

Thank you, all. x

I’m doing a fair bit of walking while I’m healing so it’s not all bad news. It’s important to look on the bright side, right? 😉
