I'm a very sporadic player so they tend to accumulate! This morning brings me up to 83/100, so enough to hold it for a couple of days until parkrun at least!

Sprout Nov 2022 9:23am, 25 Nov 2022 1,577 posts	0 Sprout 107/100 - Club speed session last night, somehow missed the rain but it came down heavily on the drive over. 10x90secs off 60secs seemed easy on paper. Thinking of doing a parkrun on the West side of Manchester tomorrow, choice between Worsley Woods, Stretford, Sale Water or Wythenshaw. I'll have a look later and decide. Then over to Sefton park for XC in the afternoon.
