Sprout Nov 2022 5:14pm, 5 Nov 2022 1,564 posts	0 Sprout 1700 is decent Gobi, 2000 maybe ? ,I'm hopeful of hitting 1500 still. I agree dobbers, I very nearly went flying about 50 yards from the house this morning. 16/100 - parkrun + some this morning.

geordiegirl Nov 2022 6:22pm, 5 Nov 2022 19,083 posts	0 geordiegirl Excellent and impressive miles. I was surprised to see I’m at 1170, I have 4 more weeks of running before my op. Hopeful of getting the 100 this month so maybe 1280 I’d love to try to get to 1300 but I might be pushing my luck.

It's either a flu vaccine side effect or another gift from one of my grandsons (or some other random Center Parcs visitor!). We've both got it. We've bailed on the idea of fireworks tonight too. Hopefully by Monday I'll be up to plodding a bit again.
