Good luck tomorrow 3M - hope you have a great run! And to anyone else racing tomorrow too.

parkrun for me too, harder work than it should have been so I'm guessing the side effects of my jabs are still in my system. Suspect I won't make the 100 this month with over 70M left to go, and I'm behind on my 1200 for the year too but hopefully I can pick that up in November and December. 28.7/100.

Good luck tomorrow 3M

Hope the side effects ease soon CasB.

I joined some running club pals for a social 5m last night it was fab - well until we happened across an unlit path strewn with broken glass I almost landed on a large piece that I’m sure would have gone through my vibrams. One of them had a dog so we picked up the big pieces and as I put my pile in the bag I managed to cut my thumb not badly but amazed how much it bled from a small graze.

52.8/100

We had jabs checked for Oz but can’t recall when tetanus injection was last done or how to check.

That's a good morning's work FF, and excellent public service last night gg. Hope there's not too much damage to your thumb.

Sounds so frustrating Rosehip, even though taking it easy is definitely the right thing. Hope you see more improvement soon.

Despite the sluggish running I think I've got away quite lightly from the jabs - quite a few people seem to have needed duvet days with shivers and a temperature. I'll plod around gently and keep an eye on HR :-)

steve45 Biscuit was in season and then had kennel cough so isolation followed by walks. She did do 5 miles on Thursday evening as we went mtb riding but her numbers are down for sure this month. She will get a few this coming eeek though.

Me 118 with 3hrs of easy jogging done before 9am
