Huge congratulations to the weekend's racers - sounds like there were some fabulous runs! Hope you're all recovering well. Great to see non-racers also starting the month strongly.
I'm still on 0/100 after coming back from holiday with some form of lurgy and spending the weekend on the sofa. Definitely improving today, though, so hopefully will get out for something gentle soon.

12.3/100 after the weekends efforts. Just a 10k race for me compared to the excellent marathoners.

Better than my 5k too from 2 weeks ago. That means I must try harder at the 5k now.

I try to do 6 minute ks for a few runs during the week, but find concentrating to slow down difficult, usually end up at 5.45s😂
To give my body recovery time.

How is everyone’s race legs today? Mine are remarkably good thanks gg. I shall not be adding to my total before Wednesday however. A little light dog walking only for me today
