Went out at 9.30 am three hours later than I would normally. Ok, a one off but it didn't work for me! Breakfast first before just 4.2 miles to give 78/100. I prefer an early wake up and empty stomach! Your event is a priority EPixie just like Ness says Hope your race is satisfactory today Gobi |

We've got builders in today and tomorrow. Don't know if that is making me more likely to want to run away, or less likely cos I want to supervise?! G

Being on holiday, I have been lazy for the last week but I’m sure it’s done me good. Heading home today and I’ll have ten days to get the legs moving (and cross the line) before Chester

Didn’t get out for a run before going on holiday as we stayed at in-laws last night. Had amazing chats with them I like to get fil talking about his airforce days and last night talking about when they met the Queen. Now at airport kit packed there will be warm weather running incoming. When is your race Pix? Are you at Chester too? I’d say 17m in 10 days is doable even if it’s one day on one day off over 4 days even if you slow them down but that’s me - if you’re after racing for your event then it could have an impact. |

88.4/100 after an interval / timed fartlek session. I've only done it once before and had forgotten how hard it is but I did enjoy it despite that. Hope today has gone well Gobi. |
