Going to do my 4.5 mile lunch time plod at 5pm or whenever builders pack up for the day!
Was that in a group FF or by yourself? Hard doing intervals or any speed work on one's own, I always think. G

4.5 will get me up to 70, so should be OK for the month, with 10 days to do 30 miles. But actually, Sep ends on a Friday, so it might be tight (as a wage slave, M-F 9-5, I usually run more at weekends). G

My maths was totally rubbish Pix that’s what being at an airport goes for you 😂😂 that may be a bit much but again depends on your goals at Chester.
(Poor maths justification…. It is because I’m at 72 and worked on 18 on holiday left me 10 to go when I got back I was focused on the 18)

That’s me out this month, my covid-negative cold that has flattened my mojo this week has just registered as a covid positive lurgy.
Glad I wasn’t aiming at Chester!

Nope, first time - and I had an extra jab as part of the moderna trial, if they have me the new one they’re giving for the current booster, then it doesn’t last 6 months
