Steve you’ve done great considering you had Covid recently and your miles have built up nicely again. Hope the foot behaves and you get back to pre Covid form soon.

119/100 - 16 this morning, I’d need to check to see the last time I ran over 15 but it might have been Snowdon marathon in 2019 ! Did my highest mileage in 2020 but can’t recall anything long.

Feels great to be a runner again
I did get stopped on my run today 9m in by an old dear who thought I would be interested in a fitness club that does a good 5m in 2 hrs or so
I was red hot dripping and 3m from home having been out for over 2hrs
Made me wonder how bad I must have looked f she thought I should join their club 😮

120 / 100 parkrun yesterday and a run to get there. Then kayaking for 2.5 hours, then swimming for 1.5 hours with grandson. Phew! Travelling today, so just 3 hour ferry and 4 hours driving, no other activity!
120 is actually my biggest month this year already. Many thanks to all on this thread for giving me a goal, even though I haven't managed for last 3 months! I'll still get another 3 runs in this week though, I think, so might be 135 or so. Yay!  G
