Broke through the 500 mile mark today, 503.5 in 2018. 7 miler in very damp conditions.

Quite keen to go out and do at least 3 today. Currently on 48, if I do 3, then I'll have done the most mileage so far of any month this year. I'll have to do 4.5 miles tomorrow any way to get to work.
Already done more mileage this month than in the whole final quarter of 2017.
More mileage the first 11 weeks of this year than in the whole second half of 2017.
My highest mileage month last year was May, when I ran 74. I'd like to see if I can beat that this month.
I'm coming back!

Get some compeed on Gobi, then KT tape over that so it doesn't budge for a few days (shower with one leg hanging out the side)
And get on with your race weekend.

I'm not suggesting you KT as such. Just use it as a means to secure the compeed for a few days x
