55 now and still slow going but should get home OK

HAve actually bought non Nike triathlon shoes and they have just ripped my ankle apart, not good when my next race is on Sunday !!!

91.6/100. Wore my new shoes, Brooks Pureflow 7, for the first time and they are excellent. A shoe that encourages you to run quickly (quickly is a relative term!)
