Tonight's run would have been better if I'd taken my watch.
4.5 km, bit of a struggle. Shouldn't have eaten first!

Only managed a mile and a half today due to various time wasting things, but 74/100 now.

Nice one HoD.
Just over fifteen days to my last 26.2 marathon, so taper time starts in earnest after today's joglet.

I'm now on 70/100 after my fastest commute in over a year; need to squeeze 30 in between now and next weekend with absolutely no chance of a run tomorrow. Might still make it if I can nail my long run properly on Sunday. If the weather then is anything like now, then I'll have a great one!
On a very positive note, I haven't run this far in a month since May 2017, and I've only run 70 miles or more twice since September 2016, which was a month in which I ran road marathons each weekend because I was chasing a number, so none of that was training mileage.
I've now run over half the mileage of 2017 in less than 3 months, and this month alone contains more miles than August-December 2017 together!
I'm really enjoying this.
