14 ish, including an underwhelming half marathon. Legs didn't show up, and both shoulders were incredibly sore from about 6 miles.

Thanks, Steve. I probably should rest but might get the odd mile or two in before next weekend. Really excited about a new challenge and race distance.

Well done Gobi for September, and to everyone who's now off the mark for October.
13.1/100 for me after today's HM. On the one hand I guess I can't complain as it was a SB, but I had been hoping I could do a couple of minutes quicker based on 10K times. At least we didn't get the horrible weather that had been forecast!
