If I knew this time two years ago what I know now, I'd have hardened up and skinnied down to the point at which I could run each marathon 20 minutes faster than I actually did

I accidentally did pretty much everything right, all the way down to taking my husband so that I wouldn't end up bunking with some random smelly-trainered snorer.

Yes but 20 minutes isnt going to make massive difference :-/
Now finishing it in good shape each day has got to be more important for recovery.

Fortunately my husband doesnt run :-D He doesnt own any trainers but boy can he snore :)))))
