93 for just a 3.7 mile run but they get harder as you go, as quiet with traffic I ran some roads I wouldn't dream of doing any other day !!

True. My first two training runs of the year have totted up 110 circles but it’ll be harder when I’m back to dark o’clock training before work next week.

10,969 for 2018, but I'm not sure about beating that for 2019. I was thinking I might be doing fewer miles but more targeted training. But 226 circles in 2 parkruns and a 6 mile club run - Another thing to watch

I went up & down every cul de sac in a neighbouring estate today - folks probably thought I was mad, all aboyt doing stuff I would never think of doing !! as doing the local MK marathon in May I am trying to avoid any part of that route !!
