Hereabouts it was icy underfoot for a lot of January last year. I did almost half my running for that month on the treadmill. At the moment I'm further ahead than I was at the end of March last year. I expect to be close to 4000 running circles by the end of February.

That's lovely paulcook, no chance of me finding a waterfall unless it's like a few years ago when Tesco had a ceiling collapse with a burst pipe!
