Only started running really after my great mate AVON decieded to snap his ankle playing footie and then wanted to get fit and as i had no other friends had no choice really .
Now a total addict love the challenge and the impossible love anything over a marathon and really want to do the MDS at somepoint and the Everest Marathon any thing crazy really that pushed the body to the max
