Strated running after fracturing my back in two places and no longer had the courage to ride horses any more so needed something else to keep me occupied and be competative in. Have completed 1 FLM a year and a bit after my accident, so really pleased. Enjoy running in the woods with my dog and am now in love with my bike!! Have entered my first duathlon in August and plan to keep going doing all sorts this and next year.
SO much has changed since I last wrote this, many years later I am running again, different dog, same bike, different address, different partner, new life now and lots going on
