mar may go for this, first race since injury in June, but dont come back from hols until 3days before so not sure how race ready I wil be!! Would love to PB at this (last 5k time is 33 mins) but not hopeful. Cant beleive the fab time I achieved, certainly didnt feel that fast (for me)! dead chuffed!

Running Fish quite pleased with this result, less than 30secs of my pb for an undulating off road course, with a fairly strong wind. surprised by 2nd overall in a field of 200, but think the fast boys must have stayed away for some reason. garmin shows pace variation between +8.00 and -4.00m/m, so definitely not an even effort.
