30 min recovery run in the park

Beautiful sunny afternoon; my legs were pretty heavy and my adductors stiff so I stayed closer to home in case I didn't feel like running. After the first km, I felt better and by the end of the run, my legs felt normal. Going up the stairs felt better than earlier today. The recovery run served its purpose. I'm quite amazed that I can run 5k in just over 30 min and keep HR under 130 for most of it. The little hill in the park did some damage, 19 seconds in Z2 😆
