Notes & Comments

Only a stiff westerly breeze distinguishes today's weather from anticyclonic gloom. My head and body permitted that run rather than enjoying it. HR a bit higher than I'd like for the pace, but that could be because my HRM was clipped to a suboptimal sports bra.
