Notes & Comments

I so nearly didn’t go for a run, feeling more like having a nap after a busy day. But Stanley got startled and started barking, so I put on my running shoes and went down the road and over the sand dunes.

I love it here - we’ve visited twice before - but it’s my first time running here. Running over the undulating dunes was such fun. Knowing there are adders about kept me focused!
A few stops to take photos and to take in the view of the sea. A proper mindful run. A lovely end to the day.
