Andy 1 shoe Money New V40 PB by over a minute, i got a stitch over the last 1.2 miles which cost me a sub 40. the wining time was 33.59 ,back in my prime i would have won this race with ease... time is so cruel!!!

The Husky Excellant race today 3 gruelling laps of the race course struggled a bit after 4 miles but held on for 5th place, was under 18 minutes at 5k but slowed a bit after 4 miles, happy with 36.21 though.
