Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Foxy My hometown race & first of 3 in a month.

2 laps crossing over the Staffordshire border & back. was quite a tough undulating road course & didn't prove to be a favourite of mine, traffic was a problem on the second lap especially toward the end, double decker buses coming up behind was a little worrying & there must have been a fair few runners behind me suffering similar problems.

An interesting cream t-shirt with a design featuring runners & cyclists - wolverhampton has a rich cycling tradition. You wouldn't instantly know it was a marathon t-shirt. A simple basic medal.

I ran around half of the race with A bus driver from weymouth wearing a Matt Le Tissier shirt - his name excapes me even though i have seen him a few times at various races & he should reach 100 in late 2008.

not a favourite but i would probably do it again due to the logistical ease of staying at my mums.
