themookid Woo! I did it the hard way but well pleased with that pb. Confident of going sub 32 this morning, I managed to get talked into trying to hit 30 minutes (6 minute miling pace). Splits were 5.58 (so far so good), 6.10, 6.10, 6.25 (blowing out of my arse), 6.35 (ouch). The course turned out much tougher than I had appreciated and I was dying out badly over those last two miles. The sub 30 is a little way off yet, but I'll take 31.20 for now :)

Tom Tom Well, you never know! Would dearly love to break the 33 min barrier and think I'm in good form right now. Lots of fast women cued up to run this one, so plenty of rabbits to chase. Fingers crossed legs and lungs are up to the task...
