Ally2 wilne 10k. second in inter area race. first at 5k then tipton lad left me. held off 2 welsh lads at end. 20secs down from last year with reduced few weeks although better conditions. big group at 4k no-one wanted to push the pace. Happy with placing though thought I could beat london's time.
