Billy-Whizz-Haining My worst race of the year, i can only put it down to this cold ive been carrying, i tried to stay with connelld but faded badly half way into it, i just had no second gear, so a disappointing run but hopefully i,ll recover for next weeks Aviemore half marathon, onward and upward eh,lol.

Ian First cross country since school days, only appropriate that I got changed in a school changing room then... Enjoyed the race but was expecting to be a bit sharper and thought I might have had a bit more left at the end than I did. Maybe I'll make the medals another time...

Roadrunner Bark I really enjoyed my 1st Exp in XC for my Team RHC.I did the 1st Leg and feel I started off a bit slower than what I usually take off like!! Though I soon picked up the Pace and I was really pleased by taking the hill near the end of the route at ease.Also felt I finished far too fresh which suggests I still have alot more to give.Overall I was pleased with my Run and the Course was Fast+Flat with the weather being a really nice day for it.
