Mountainmat I keep making predictions and falling short, so I'm trying to be more conservative. Its looks like a flatish course, i'm hopeful of a pb, but then i'm always hopeful of a pb. A 12 second pb, really happy with my first 10k pb for eight months. A lovely course, and the cool sunshine was great too.
