GAZGIB Had a disaster here last year and a disaster at Dorney last week so my form guide is poor reading for this race. **RESULT** Disaster - felt incredibly unfit after a week off resting my calf, kept going (just) and at 7k felt strong and picked up a syb 5min K, but it was costly as calf went at 8k and hobbled home.

Jock Itch Not sure if a PB course. Meant to be hilly so up to youuu if you bet. ***UPDATE*** You knew it . PB again. 7 on the spin on a hilly course tooo. 4th overall and 3rd in cat. Bottle of wine, 15 quid voucher and 2nd in Berks Champs. :) Good days work.

keets Wargrave 10k - Really nice race in the country lanes. Quite hilly, seemed to be more ups than down. PB by a whole 2 seconds. *time is mine, for some reason my chip time is the same as my gun time, bit odd as I started way back from the line.

SparkyMark No PB, but will be a good marker to see how training is going. Looking for an improvement on Carluke, which was a similar course. Pleased with this run. Strong on the 'hills' passing people on the way up, but more on the way down. Great race and felt good - all in the right direction, but needs to continue :-)
