keyring Good route for the opener. Breezy going out and got a stitch (i think) at 4.5 miles which i couldnt run through so lost about 75 secs.

Lady Alburne Very nervous at start as first race in a long time, and hadn't run any distance. Enjoyed the race - nice surroundings, good route, very friendly people! Struggled a bit and had to walk up a hill at one point, but otherwise a great race and felt so good to have done it. :)

SueW That'll do. I was hoping to approach 45 minutes so I'm quite pleased with that. fairly speedy for someone with no speed at all at the moment! Lovely route. Pancake flat for a Fife AC race!!
