Sodahead This race is 10.55 miles in length. This is a marathon preperation race (3 of 4). Very happy with the run but I am really feeling the accumulation of marathon training miles and hard sessions and races. Continues to be a great little outing. Flat for the first 6 miles then it gets a bit hilly. I was never passed and finished 5th overall and collected the 1st Vet 40 prize.

Gasheader Enjoyed race ran good solid 7:30 splits, came 49th so overjoyed to collect cup for 3rd home in winning team. first competitive race since broken leg in January.

shorty25 Went off too fast, was inside 10k PB @ 5m so eased off the pace at bit. Overall happy with race, but must not go off so fast next week @ Selby!!
