ancient Found this very tough. A minute and a half slower than last year! felt like running on concrete. Slipped on ice couple of times.

brotherjohn My first XC race and really enjoyed it. Very tough course, one hill after another, but managed it quite well. 20th place, not too bad. I made it 5.3 miles. Beautiful day to run around the heath there. Even managed to land on my face when I slipped over!
