Siggers First 2 miles were a dream start, then settled into a good rythmn, legs were still heavy after work on thursday, but they didn't hurt anymore, can definitely vouch for massaging morning and night with ibuprofen gel to get rid of muscle stiffness. Anyway, really pleased with the run, again due to the less than fresh legs I know I can go faster, its choosing the right race.
