Can't blame the weather as it was near perfect conditions! Think it was just too soon after the half marathon last week as I started to get a bit of pain in my calves after the first couple of miles........PB NEXT WEEK....I promise!!........(ps. still blame Jock)

Jock Itch Based on last Sunday then its a PB attempt. :) Lets av ittt ! *boots ball away* :) PB. Slightly pissed off with time but 4th place. I have loads more 10Ks this summer. Legs bit heavy from last week. **UPDATE*** Actualy third in cat ! Nice !

TZ Really really fast course. Cool but rather breezy today. As usual, my result was hampered by running the first half far too fast! Still, I'm happy with my new 10k PB, and 12th place out of 498 finishers.
