About this parkrun
This is a mad park run! Totally flat but the twistist turnist course ever including the Curly Wurly - a spiral which you run clockwise into and anti clockwise out on 2 different tracks. At one point you can look up and see people running everywherebennybeerbelly 3rd Feb 2019
What an extraordinary course!

This is one of the best parkruns I've done (out of the 50 so far). I can imagine it's a bugger in winter but was great in May. Such a unique brilliant course and you do the curly whirly three times.
We went for a sausage butty in B Block after which

Grassy, crazy fun! Lots of twists and turns. Paid carpark on site and a cafe/bar in the pavilion for drinks afterwards.

Mental but fun. 2 and a bit laps all on grass. Recommend trail shoes unless bone dry. Lots of twists and turns and the infamous Curly Wurly. Carpark reasonable charge (60p/hr when I went).

Most fun you can have at a parkrun without taking your clothes off. Wappy course, twisty turny follow me leader

Good fun going round the curly wurly and wondering if you'll crash into anyone (you don't!) Flat course all on grass. There is now a B course which isn't curly or wurly but does mean it can run when it's wetter underfoot.
