CD Great race with a real sense of fun. Some great touches a proper warm up routine, a prayer, the last post. Jelly beans at water stations and lots of mud. Good crowd cheering you on or should that be in.

Crash Hamster The Sodbury Slog. Always more of a social than a race as such, this still doesn't stop the heart rate hitting dizzying heights up the hills, through the water features and through the mud. Huge thanks to the organisers. I'll sleep well tonight, once I can stop grinning :o)

flanker Race of the year. Great course, great atmosphere, the best marshalls ever, hottubs & good company. Plus didn't race it. Perfect!

Flying Ant It's the Slog so time is not important, managed to find lots of deep holes in the puddles, felt good all the way around. Started race with one blister on ankle, now have two large ones on either foot!

Iron Squishy Took me a little bit longer than 2 minutes, I confess!! Doh!!! Thanks for spotting it Paskha and Santa ! x Don't care about time, fun race, see how 'Squishy' I can get.

Watch time! As usual a fab race, lots of mud and water, thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn't go mad, had a nice jog round and avoided getting injured. Quite happy with my time on zero training :-)
