Fat Man Runs First race back since New York and very unfit. Was hoping to plod round in about an hour deighted with the result, I actually think the weather really helped. Hopefully this is just a starting point.

Pink Team 1 Wish i had pushed harder now, had a curry the night before thinking i wouldn't bother entering with the weather forcast. Woke up , felt good and went. Rained incessantly and some pretty foul puddles. Enjoyed the race and only 40 odd secs from my PB

Blue Buxton Yeehah! I'm over the moon. Sub 50 back of the net. Absolutely drenched but pleased none the less!! Am expecting race time to be a little slower but should just scrape it. Yippee!
