Fat Man Runs First race back since New York and very unfit. Was hoping to plod round in about an hour deighted with the result, I actually think the weather really helped. Hopefully this is just a starting point.

Pink Team 1 Wish i had pushed harder now, had a curry the night before thinking i wouldn't bother entering with the weather forcast. Woke up , felt good and went. Rained incessantly and some pretty foul puddles. Enjoyed the race and only 40 odd secs from my PB
