pullo ran with a bad cold but still disappointed with time too early and too many hills will be fit for cardiff half marathon and will get a PB at this event.

Lefromage Advertised as a flat course i was surprised to find the first 5K all hills which was shared with a lot of other runners. The route was good and well marshalled and a good run. However there was a long wait for the shops to open (2 hours) and no changing facilities or showers. Therefore the discounts you got on the day meant you had to either wait around all sweaty and sticky or go home get washed and come back again.
