About this parkrun

Out and back, starting on the bridge, gentle Incline at the start, then down after the turn around point, net downhill. On the bridge and tarmac path. Briefing is at the underpass away from the start

On the cycle path next to the M48 as it crosses the bridge. You cross from Wales into England after about 300m and back into Wales about 650m before the finish. They mark the border with a pair of flags that make a good tourist photo opportunity.

Three counties, two countries, couple of bridges and a fast, fun filled furious run. Higher attendances in holiday time. Get as near to the start if chasing a fast time as can be congested. Unique setting and well organised

Out and back next to M48. Spectacular on a clear day (I imagine!) Of all the beautifully organised Parkruns I have known, this was especially good: clear briefing, timely start, friendly, excellent. I thought my time would be better. Not the fastest p

A very interesting experience in strong cross-winds. Much quicker on the way back as its downhill. Might be one to pick a good weather day for...

Very well organised, uphill out, not steep, but a drag. Downhill back, quick! Good course if you don't mind the climb. I imagine great views, but I was a bit too focused to notice!

All tarmac surfaces. Walk out onto the bridge to start and finish in a tunnel going under the bridge. Lovely atmosphere
