PhatButFit Got my number, B race, gotta go for a pb as it's the only race I'm doing in October. Weather can't be any worse then last month and I pb'd so we'll see. UPDATE: Garmin time shown (just checked and this time is official now), wow totally chuffed with that, 3rd position in the B race, really, really pleased, might get pi$$ed tonight now. Great to meet Pammie and all the other Fetchies, gotta aim to get in the A race next month now.

SteveX Just PBd over 10km on Sunday but main target is Luton so lots of 50 mile weeks. Will go for this but a PB might be out of reach. UPDATE seond PB in a week so happy with that.

The Teaboy First race back after rehab. Not going to fly for a PB. Update - didn't have it in the legs. Ran it as a fast training run, 20:45 on the watch. Reasonably happy with that. After an iffy feeling start, felt stronger as I went on.
