Gobi High Risk Bet I may PB but then it will only have been 5 days since Draycote. Legs feel ok but I have not really run fast yet. New course 4 out of 5 kms at sub 3.30 1 tough K and my watch time says I missed by a second course came in .06 long Official time 17.32 Plus side was a ran really well with my HR up high and came back with a strong Sub 3.30 last KM At some point I will run a very fast if tapered 5K

The Teaboy A wake up call. Was third from back in the A race and ran like a total muppet.

Agent Orange It's a lonely place at the back of the A race, but at least I wasn't last. A mixture of pluses and minuses. Minuses - course felt like hard work, especially in 4th km; felt I paced myself badly. Pluses - did my fastest ever km in a race; PB'ed despite the minuses and had lovely support from Fetchies. With a bit better preparation, that sub-22 minute 5k should be doable

SteveX First go at this. Could only get a place in A race so will have to go under 21 mins. Based on current form should be OK. Harder than I thought- legs still a bit tired. Windy too. I measured the course about 200m over the 5k. But a benchmark to go quicker next time.

Lefromage This was my second race and although i had been training i still managed to run 4 seconds slower than last month.

Siamese Pete Bring back the old course! That was flipping hard work, but a PB, and lots of support from other Fetchies made the last km seem a bit shorter. Great to meet you all before the start - couldn't hang around afterwards though - sorry!
