Baza Resonable run on a good course and thats now my 6th Nationals on the bounce. 2 minutes slower than last year but managed to keep a steady pace all the same. Ended up 7th for the club, so just outside counting for the team.

hannkies Bit frustrating, lace loosened after half a lap, wasn't going to stop and tie it, but did, losing about 8 places and 20 seconds. Then the thing un-tied again at the end of the 2nd lap but persevered, almost losing my shoe at one point. That said, my own stupid fault, and know I can do a lot better. Bit dissapointed they took the hill out, still a great course though. Convinced I'm close to running very, very well again.

ChrisU Finished 88th in sprint finish with Ian Wellock. Was going well until a quarter of the way into the 2nd lap when I got a massive stitch that lost me contention with about 10 runners. Got going again just before the last lap, and made back a few places. Pretty pleased with the run overall.
