clare1976 Aiming for a solid 7:30-7:40mm performance, which shold be easily achievable on the right day. Guaranteed PB regardless though, as current 'official' one shooiwng as 1:38!! (The 1:16 somwething was last year in the Hilly 100 relay and was unofficial, measured under 10m!)

Runningheva Set off fast and kept under 8mpm for the first 5miles. Slowed loads on the hill up through Barby. Was pleased to get close to 8.5's for the race. First race for over a year, and still having problems with my heel spur.
