About this parkrun
My favourite thing to do on Christmas Day! V v friendly and pretty although awfully muddy in the winter. Super cafe at the endPlodding Kath 28th May 2019
A lovely park with boating lake. Undulating 2 lap with tarmac, grass and trail surfaces. Down hill start, up hill finish. I have only run it on hot summers days but can imagine it being very muddy on wet days. Very well organised.

Undulating two-lapper in a beautiful park. Half tarmac paths and half grass.

Undulating 2 lap course on mixed surfaces with LOTS of winter mud! Wonderful cafe, with far reaching views over the park and lake. About 25 min walk from station. Tip: Bigger carpark on Halls Hole Rd. Very friendly bunch
