paulcoz Slow, SLow start due to a very cramped route. Sardines in a tin comes to mind. Walkers were in the same field which didn't help. Quite warm by 35km in. First time under 4 hours so really pleased. The plan was to stick to 9 minutes miles but that went down the pan so knew plan was foot down from mile 13. It worked anyway just be 4 seconds. Next plan is to keep working towards a 3.50 finish

Dave_K Amazing weekend in Rome. Fantastic race. Not fussed about the time. If I had trained better I could have been quicker, but who's worrying when the scenery is this good !! :-)
