Cat the Dog Lover Will be taking this easy... And boy, did I take it easy most of the way. Can tell by my time. Slowest ever 10k time and thats not even the official one which was slower! I hang my head in shame. Got a spot prize though. Weh hey!

Stepford Wife Will be taking it even easier than Cat. We'll see how it goes. Well, that was fun. Hilly at the beginning and end, undulating in between! Hard but I enjoyed it and a bit faster than I had thought. Excellent finish area in a castle.
