eMpTy Try and inch closer to that sub 20 target. Update well achieved a PB by 39 secs on an almost perfect evening for the 5k. Tried to run a controlled race and achieved to a degree with splis of 3.54, 4.01, 4.02, 4.07, 4.07. Thanks to Running Postie for the encouragement in the 4th K, which traditionally has been a bad one for e.
