Steve72 Great race, really well organised especially for a first attempt. Course was flat but quite a few twists and turns. Weather was lovely, I knew in the first mile that I wasn't going to pb. I've missed a lot of runs in the last few weeks due to achilles problems and this told, I looked at my garmin at the 1 mile marker and realised I was a bit slower than I would have expected for the effort. But I kept fairly consistent pace and finished 10th and 1st m35 so that was pleasing. Look forward to this race next year now.
