Should Av Run Quicker Too hot, set off too quick and faded badly on the last half. Fast course though.

Fox on a run Heat and a lack of a functioning watch put paid to any PB hopes. Late drama involving a collapsed runner probably cost me another minute but the game was up by then anyway.

Llamadance nice to meet UltraDunc and Jezza (briefly). Ran like a dog though - too much beer night before plus heat left me a bit drained at halfway. It didn't get better. HR was around the usual though. good run and nice race - the laps format was good.

Karlos23 25 degrees, some guy collapsed. This race was a bit strange as no Km markers and it was 3 big laps and a small lap. Felt good throughout - went steady for first small lap and first big lap.
