Go-KL Foggy cold, pat strap fell off early! Twisted right ankle early on but was able to run thru pain. Made suicidal early burst which paid for bit on 3km early hills but got into stride in a lonely race, could have pushed harder if wanted. No knee pain!!!

Runningheva Did 54.42 for this last year. However I would be pleased with sub 58 this year as I have been injured a lot last year and have a stinker of a cold at the moment. Well I get my predicted time almost spot on. Foggy and cold at the start, but well organised as usual. I got a spot prize of a T-shirt.
